Leveraging Data to Enhance Quality and Sustainability

How can companies meet the growing demands for quality and sustainability while making their processes more efficient?
This key question was the focus of the SCALE-MX Best Practice Event, which took place on November 4, 2025, at ARENA2036 in Stuttgart.

The event provided practical insights into current developments in Manufacturing-X and demonstrated how companies can successfully address specific challenges in quality, sustainability, and efficiency using data room technologies.

Data rooms as the key to a sustainable industry

A central focus of the day was how data can be intelligently utilized within the industrial value chain to secure competitive advantages and make sustainability measurable. Several keynote speeches and practical presentations made it clear: data rooms are the foundation for the industry of the future. They enable the secure and standardized exchange of information, the networking of processes across company boundaries, and thereby unlock new potential, particularly in the areas of quality assurance, resource efficiency, and the circular economy. In four interdisciplinary workshops on the presented use cases, existing processes and challenges within companies were reflected upon and discussed, along with corresponding implementation ideas.
